McLemore Auction Company, LLC employs more than twenty-five staff members who serve as the heart of the organization and who work daily to ensure the best possible service to its clients.

President

In more than a decade as an auctioneer, Will McLemore has sold more than $50 million of real estate and personal property at auction while working for some of the largest auction firms in the world including Sotheby's, J. P. King Auction Company and Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers.

Director of Operations

Stephen Aleman joined the organization in May 2007, following a three year tenure at the New-York Historical Society, a preeminent educational and research institution that is home to both New York City’s oldest museum and one of the nation’s most distinguished independent research libraries.  He brings to McLemore Auction Company nearly ten years of experience with web design and ecommerce solutions.

Auctioneer / Auction Agent

Patti Baldini, a seventeen year veteran in the auction industry, joined McLemore Auction Company, LLC in October of 2008 as an Auctioneer and Sales Agent. She brings with her years of experience as an auctioneer of farm equipment, estates, automobiles and business liquidations.  A longtime resident of Middle Tennessee, Ms. Baldini also brings to the firm strong ties to the community and solid working relationships with those in the local real estate market, estate services field and other areas of business.

Auction Agent

Pierre Johnson joined McLemore Auction Company in May 2009 as an apprentice auctioneer and is a graduate of the Nashville Auction School. He has been a REIN member for 7 year and holds several rental properties. Pierre is also an antiques dealer with the Art, Antiques and Collectables Mall in Shelbyville TN. Pierre's interest in becoming an auctioneer stems from having a background in real estate and antiques for which auctions played an integral part.

Auction Agent

Greg Hines is a native of Columbia, TN and is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.  Licensed as a Realtor in Tennessee since 1986, Greg obtained his Apprentice Auctioneer License in 2009 after attending the Nashville Auction School.  Greg has completed over $20 million in real estate transactions in the last three years working as a full time realtor.  He is excited about the growing trend of using the auction method to consummate real estate property transactions in a timely manner and selling personal property with the most advanced methods available in our industry for motivated sellers while working with McLemore Auction Company.

Auction Agent

Dwayne Smith lives in Gallatin, TN with his wife.  He has been an apprentice auctioneer since October of 2009.  He is currently working as a realtor with Keller Williams in Hendersonville.  Dwayne worked for an auctioneer while in high school in Pennsylvania, learned to chant, and really enjoyed the work.   After getting his real estate license he decided to become an auctioneer.
