McLemore Auction Company, LLC employs more than twenty-five staff members who serve as the heart of the organization and who work daily to ensure the best possible service to its clients.

President / Auctioneer

Will McLemore has sold more than $60 million of real estate and personal property at auction.


Director of Operations / Auctioneer

Stephen Aleman joined the organization in May 2007, following a three year tenure at the New-York Historical Society, a preeminent educational and research institution that is home to both New York City’s oldest museum and one of the nation’s most distinguished independent research libraries.  He brings to McLemore Auction Company nearly ten years of experience with web design and ecommerce solutions.

Auction Agent / Auctioneer

Patti Baldini, a seventeen year veteran in the auction industry, joined McLemore Auction Company, LLC in October of 2008 as an Auctioneer and Sales Agent. She brings with her years of experience as an auctioneer of farm equipment, estates, automobiles and business liquidations.  A longtime resident of Middle Tennessee, Ms. Baldini also brings to the firm strong ties to the community and solid working relationships with those in the local real estate market, estate services field and other areas of business.

Sales Agent
James Crenshaw, with a background in corporate contact sales, social media and marketing, joined McLemore Auction Company, LLC, in February of 2012.  He holds a BA from Vanderbilt University of Arts & Sciences, and has been a Nashville Resident since 1995.  James enjoys helping his clients find creative solutions to their auction, liquidation and dispersal needs through a keen insight into property evaluation, presentation, and online visibility.  
Auction Agent / Apprentice Auctioneer

Greg Hines is a native of Columbia, TN and is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.  Licensed as a Realtor in Tennessee since 1986, Greg obtained his Apprentice Auctioneer License in 2009 after attending the Nashville Auction School.  Greg has completed over $20 million in real estate transactions in the last three years working as a full time realtor.  He is excited about the growing trend of using the auction method to consummate real estate property transactions in a timely manner and selling personal property with the most advanced methods available in our industry for motivated sellers while working with McLemore Auction Company.

Auction Agent / Apprentice Auctioneer

Dwayne Smith lives in Smith County with his wife.  He has been an apprentice auctioneer since October of 2009.   Dwayne worked for an auctioneer while in high school in Pennsylvania, learned to chant, and really enjoyed the work.   Dwayne attended Nashville Auction School. 

Office Manager
Becky Arno joined the organization in June of 2012, following a four year tenure in higher education at Southern New Hampshire University, a private university where she worked as a Residence Director and Program Coordinator.
