McLemore Auction Company, LLC sells real estate most often via live public outcry auctions conducted from the premises of the property being sold.

Most properties will be available for inspection during posted hours before the auction.  McLemore Auction Company, LLC recommends that all bidders perform their due diligence before bidding at auction.

Typically, interested parties may register to bid at the auction location during the hour or so before the published auction time.  Bidders will be required to present government issued photo identification upon registration.

Occasionally, the company will sell real estate via internet-only auction.  In those cases, the terms and conditions of bidding will be similar to those in use for online personal property auctions with a few notable exceptions.  Please read fully all terms and conditions posted for any auction before placing a bid.
